Many of our products are shipped through UPS.  Larger items are shipped via Motor Freight.

Please Email us with a list of the products you wish to purchase along with your shipping address. We will follow up with a price for the items along with your shipping cost.

Cancellation - Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days after order is placed with a full refund. After that time, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Ordering - When ordering your merchandise please call us at (770) 781-8825. A 50% deposit is required for order to be processed. We accept all major credit cards. When the order is complete and ready to ship we will contact you to inform you of your balance including freight and an estimated delivery day.

Satisfaction/Returns - Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their furnishing selections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days after receiving items for return instructions. Items must be in original purchase condition for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Please repackage the items as received and ship as instructed. Custom orders and stained furnishings may not be returned. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Production Times - Production times will vary because of the unique hand crafted process and may be up to 3-5 weeks. If you have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order placement. We will not make impossible promises to get a sale. We convey honest, realistic expectations. Sometimes, through circumstances beyond our control, we do not make a projected delivery schedule. We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day.
